Support for Spiritual Development

“The greatest religious problem today is how to be both a mystic and a militant; in other words how to combine the search for an expansion of inner awareness with effective social action, and how to feel one's true identity in both.”

- Ursula LeGuin

Changing attitudes

Attitude measurement

Part of our spiritual growth is recognizing limiting beliefs and illusions and then being able to transform them as part of our awareness that we are all One.

Group processes

Change involves engaging with others from a different perspective, and both appreciative inquiry and non-violent commmunication can help us do this.

Language

The language that we use shapes our thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs. These resources can help us become more inclusive in our use of language and hence in our sense of self and community.
