Support for Spiritual Development

“When we forgive evil we do not excuse it, we do not tolerate it, we do not smother it. We look the evil full in the face, call it what it is, let its horror shock and stun and enrage us, and only then do we forgive it.”

- Lewis B. Smedes

Changing attitudes

Attitude measurement

Part of our spiritual growth is recognizing limiting beliefs and illusions and then being able to transform them as part of our awareness that we are all One.

Group processes

Change involves engaging with others from a different perspective, and both appreciative inquiry and non-violent commmunication can help us do this.

Language

The language that we use shapes our thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs. These resources can help us become more inclusive in our use of language and hence in our sense of self and community.
